Sustainability of insect resistance of transgenic hybrid poplar 741.

摘要 在室内用转基因741杨叶片连续饲养舞毒蛾和杨扇舟蛾幼虫,以探讨转基因741杨对不同世代昆虫的影响及昆虫种群的持续效应.转基因741杨对连续两代取食其叶片的幼虫,抗虫性高于只第一代取食其叶片的幼虫;只第一代幼虫取食转基因741杨叶片而下一代取食CK的幼虫,其死亡率高于两代均取食CK的幼虫.另外,连续两代取食转基因741杨叶片的幼虫蜕皮指数、排粪量、化蛹率及羽化率都低于仅一代取食转基因741杨的幼虫,且二者均低于取食对照的幼虫.结果表明转基因741杨的抗虫性具有持续性,可以影响到下一代幼虫的生长发育,使下一代幼虫的死亡率升高,生长发育减慢,降低下一代幼虫虫口密度,进而影响到未来种群的发生与发展,达到很好的抗虫效果. Using leaves of transgenic hybrid poplar 741 \[Populus alba L. × ( P. davidiana Dode+ P. simonii Carr.) × P. tomentosa Carr.] to fed larvae of Lymantria dispar L. and Clostera anachoreta (Fabricius) continuously indoors,the authors discuss the effect of transgenic hybrid poplar 741 on different generations and communities. The mortality of larvae fed on insect resistant poplar for two generations is higher than that of larvae fed on insect resistant poplar for one generation. The mortality of larvae fed on insect resistant poplar during former generation and fed on CK during the next generation is higher than that fed on CK during two generations. In addition, the exuviation index, quantity of frass and the rate of pupa and eclosion of larvae fed on insect resistant poplar for two generations are lower than those of larvae fed on insect resistant poplar for one generation and both were lower than that fed on CK during two generations. The results indicate that the insect resistance of the hybrid poplar 741 that is transformed double genes has sustainability, which leads to the increase of larvae's mortality, the decrease of density of the next generation larvae,and the slowing down of development of Gipsy moth larvae. The insect resistance effect of the hybrid poplar 741 is obvious. [WTFZ]
