纳米SiO_x在涂膜保鲜剂中的应用 被引量:25

摘要 该实验采用正交试验设计,通过水晶梨涂膜贮藏3个月,对失重率和好果率两个指标进行统计分析,优选出涂膜剂最佳组成为甘草和竹叶混合液(10%)+紫胶(8%)+纳米SiOx(0.3%).试验结果表明在涂膜剂中加入纳米SiOx与不加纳米SiOx,水晶梨的失重率差异达显著水平(P<0.05).并与对照相比果实含有较高的Vc、有机酸和固形物含量,提高了果实亮度,增加了果品的色泽,有效地延长了果实的贮藏保鲜期. In this experiment, orthogonal test design was used for 3-month-coated and stored pears, and the indexes of weight loss and good fruit rate were analyzed statistically. The ingredients of best selected coating agent were: complex liquid of licorice and bamboo leave (10%) + lac (8%) + nano-SiOx (0.3%). Results show that coating agent with and without nano-SiOx can lead to considerable differences in weight loss of pear (P < 0.05), and there are relatively higher contents of Vc, organic acid and solid than the control. Brightness and color of fruits are improved and the preservation period is prolonged effectively.
