羟丙基磷酸交联糯玉米淀粉对钙离子吸附性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了钙离子浓度、溶液 pH、钙盐的类型、处理温度和处理时间对羟丙基磷酸交联糯玉米淀粉和糯玉米原淀粉对钙离子吸附能力的影响 ,结果表明 ,羟丙基磷酸交联糯玉米淀粉比糯玉米原淀粉能吸附更多的钙离子。 This article studied the effects of calcium concentration、pH、the type of calcium salt、temperature and treatment time on adsorption properties of hydroxypropylated waxy maize distarch phosphate for calcium ions.Results showed that hydroxypropylated waxy maize distarch phosphate could adsorpt more calcium ions than native waxy maize starch.
