摘要
对冬虫夏草进行液体富锌培养 ,结果表明 ,培养基中适宜添加锌浓度为 1 5 0 μg/mL ,此时菌丝体生物量达到 1 0 7g/L ,菌丝体含锌量为 4875 1 μg/g ,富锌率为 3 4 0 5 % ,有机化程度达到76 3 3 %。分析氨基酸含量 ,富锌冬虫夏草菌丝体中氨基酸含量比对照明显增加 ,说明锌能促进其氨基酸生物合成。
Cordyceps sinensis was cultured in liquid medium containing Zn ions.The result showed that the biomass of mycelia reach 10.7g/L,content of Zn 4 875.1?μg/g,ratio of Zn-accumulation 34.05% and organized degree of Zn 76.33% when content of Zn ions in medium is 150?μg/mL.The analysis also showed that the content of amino acid in Zn-accumulation Cordyceps sinensis is considerably increased than the original. A conclusion can be made that Zn can activate biosynthesis of amino acid.
