摘要
将圆弧齿轮泵的啮合情况转化为等效四杆机构 ,推导出用于计算圆弧齿轮泵中两轮传动比的公式 ,并利用此公式 ,分析了小齿轮齿廓凹圆弧中心位置与大齿轮齿廓凸圆弧中心位置对圆弧齿轮泵传动平稳性的影响。
According to the basic law of tooth profile meshing and the principle of higher pair to be replaced with lower pair of planar mechanism, an equation which is used for calculation of the driving ratio of a gear pump with a circular-arc tooth profile was obtained. The calculatea results indicate that the stability of the driving ratio of a gear pump is very effected by the difference between the concave arc radius of tooth profile of pinion and the convex arc radius of tooth profile of inner gear. The smaller the difference of radiuses, the severer the wave of velocity is while meshing.
