摘要 质量分数为 1 0 %~ 2 8%的羟乙基甲壳素水溶液为剪切变稀的假塑性流体 ,流动曲线符合幂律定律 ,利用多元线性回归方法对实验数据进行处理 ,获得恒定温度下稠度因数和非牛顿指数的经验关系式。在 2 5℃~ 4 5℃温度范围 ,求出不同质量分数的溶液的流动活化能为 4~ 16kJ/mol,得出黏流活化能与质量分数的经验关系式。用“剪切 静置法”研究了 pH值和加入不同价态的电解质对溶液的触变性的影响 ,均表现出正触变性。 The factors influencing the rheological property of glycolchitin aqueous solution were studied at different mass percentages (1%~2.8%)and the different temperature(25℃~45℃). The results show that it is a pseudoplastic fluid and its flowing behaviour is coincided with the power-law. A semi-experimental equation for K i and n at a constant temperature was obtaind by the multiple variable regression of the experimental data. The activity energy decreased with the increase in the concentration. The result of the thixotropic experiment of series pH values of glycolchitin solution shows they are positive thixotropic liquids. Series of solutions added into different amount of inorganic salt shows a positive thixotropic behaviour too.
