顺酐为原料合成聚天门冬氨酸及其阻垢性能的测定 被引量:3

摘要 研究了以顺酐为主要原料合成聚天门冬氨酸 (PASP) ,最佳合成条件为顺酐与氨水及催化剂的摩尔比 2 0∶2 0∶1,2 4 0℃条件下常压反应 1h。该条件下的聚琥珀酰亚胺 (PSI)的产率可以达到 90 % ,纯度为 98 7% ,聚天门冬氨酸钠盐的相对分子质量达到 30 0 0。当Ca2 + ,HCO-3 离子质量浓度为 5 0 0mg/L(以CaCO3 计 ) ,阻垢率为 95 3%。 The synthesis process of polyaspartic acid with maleic anhydride was discussed. The optimal conditions for synthesis are the molar ratio of maleic anhydride, ammonia maleic anhydide and catalyst 20∶20∶1, reaction time 1*!h at 240℃, and under these conditions the yield of the PSI can reach 90%, its purity is 98.7% and the molecular weight of PASP-Na reaches 18200. The scale inhibition behavior of polyaspartic acid was evaluated. When the concentration of Ca 2+ and HCO - 3 is 500mg/L, the inhibition rate is up to 95.3%.
