工业湍动流化床反应器内流体力学行为的模型化研究 被引量:3

摘要 在前人关于自由鼓泡流化床中气泡特征计算的基础上 ,考虑内构件对流化行为影响 ,提出了“等效柱”的概念。结合过程模拟及最优化思路 ,修正了前人得到的计算公式 ,提出了可用于具有内构件工业湍动流化床的气泡尺寸和床层高度计算公式 ,研究表明该模型是适宜的。 Based on the equation for estimation of bubble sizes in a freedom bubbling fluidized-bed studied by former researchers, the influence of vertical inner structures of the bed on the bubble sizes was taken into account and a concept of “equivalent column” was proposed. Using the method of process simulation and optimization, the equation was modified and then a set of new equations was given to descript the performance of the turbulent fluidized-bed used in industry. The results show that these equations are suitable.
