摘要
本文通过Na^+,M_4^(++)∥SO_4^-,Cl^-—H_2o 四元交互体系及 N_a^+.M_a^(++)∥SO_4^-—H_2o 三元体系相图分析,找到了一条从以苦卤为原料生产氯化钾甩出的高低温盐中提取 MgSo_4·7H_2o 的可行性工艺路线,依据相图原理.设计了原则性工艺流程,并进行了物料计算。
The phase diagrams(Na^+,Mg^(++)∥SO_4=,Cl^-H_2O and Wa^+,Mg^(++)∥SO_4~=-H_2O) have been analyzed in this paper.We have found a new method of separating epsomite from high—low temperature salt that is abandoned in the production of potassium chloride with bitterns.According to the phase diagrams mentioned above,we have designed a techonological process and made material cal- cuations.
