摘要
探讨了枸橼酸、琥珀酸、抗瘤酮AS_(2-5)与微量元素的螯合能力,并用pH电势法测定其在生理条件下与Ca(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ),Pt(Ⅳ)等离子形成螯合物的螯合稳定常数。结果:AS_(2-5)仅与少数离子螯合,而枸橼酸、琥珀酸可与多种金属离子螯合,与Pt(Ⅳ)有较强的螯合能力。
The chelating abilities of metal ions with Citric acid(CIA),
succinic acid(SNA)and phenylglutamide(AS_(2-5))were studied.There are
many carboxy groups in the above compounds.The Oxygen atom of the
carboxy group has strong chelating ability.So the CIA,SNA and AS_(2-5)as
multidendate ligand have definite chelating ability.
In this article,The chelating actions of CIA,SNA and AS_(2-5)with
Ca(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),Mn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),
Cd(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ),Pt(Ⅳ)ions were determined by pH potentiometry at
biological condition.The protonation constants and metal chelate stability
constants were determined by pH potentiometry.The data were treated by
the PC-1500 computer with the programs of formation function methods.
The results showed that CIA,SNA AS_(2-5)have different chelating ability.
AS_(2-5)is only able to chelate with Zn(Ⅱ)and Fe(Ⅲ).But CIA and SNA
have higher chelating ability with Pt(Ⅳ)besides that with Ni(Ⅱ)、
Cd(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)and Mg(Ⅱ).
