摘要
报道36例(38眼)视网膜脱离术后复发再次手术病例,占同期视网膜脱离住院病例的14.8%,术后复发原因为原裂孔漏液,出现新裂孔,PVR形成,术式选择不当等。新裂孔和PVR形成是主要原因,再次手术治愈率为70.3%。应根据膜形成状态及裂孔情况正确选择术式以提高治愈率。
This paper reports 36 cases of retinal detachment of recur-
fence after surgery,amounting to 14.8% of primary retinal detachment in
same period.The cause of recurrence after surgery are water leaked out in
the primary breaks,new holes formed,PVR formed and the operation of
choice are not suitable.New breaks and PVR are main causes.The success-
ful rate of again operation is 70.3%.Authors suggest that the operative
method should be selected correctly by the condation of membrane formation
and holes.The purpose is a raising successful rate of the surgery.
