当前临床护理队伍面临的困难与对策

The difficulties and countermeasures for clinical nurses

护士素质与护理质量是密切相关的两大护理问题。现代医学的发展及人们生活水平的提高对护士素质及护理质量提出了更高的要求,面临着新的挑战。在新的经济体制下,护士数量不足、学历偏低、“学习型”工作的性质、不断增长的健康需求及临床护理专家(ClinicalNursingSpecialist,CNS)的空缺,是临床护理队伍面临的主要困难。应改变护理理念,提升护士素质,激发护士的学习热情,建立科学的CNS培养模式。

The quality of nurses and nursing service are two interrelated issues in nursing fields.The development of modern medicine and the improvement of people’s quality of life have increasing demands and challenge on the quality of nurses and nursing service.It is believed that under the new economic system,there are many difficulties for the clinical nurses group,such as the shortage of nursing human resource,low educational level,the occupational property of continuing learning,the continuous increasing of health demands and the shortage of Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).The author suggests a series of countermeasures,such as renovating the concept of nursing,improving nurses’ quality,stimulating nurses’ study enthusiasm and setting up scientific training mode for CNS.
