采用比较法、趋势外推法和专家预测法预测我国2015年社会对护理人才的需求总量,为我国的护理教育发展规划提供基础材料和参考建议。
Using the methods of comparison,trend extrapolation and expert consensus to forecast the total number of the demands for nursing human resource in the next 10 years in China,which may provide the base and reference for the development plan of (nursing education.)
