摘要 目的开发有效临床带教老师评价的测量工具,为进一步提高临床带教老师的教学水平提供依据。方法基于DianeM·Billings总结出有效的临床带教老师应具备较高的教学技巧、扎实的知识与技能、良好的人际关系和个性特征4方面的特征,开发设计出量表,并用此量表通过20名学生对3名带教老师进行评价。结果此量表具有较好的内部一致性(Cronbach’sα>0.9)和内容效度。结论此量表在更深一步的研究论证基础上可以作为评价有效临床带教老师的工具,并提供了量表设计的研究思路。 Objective To develop a scale for evaluation of effective clinical teacher in nursing,which providing the evidence for improving the quality of clinical teaching in nursing.Methods The scale was developed based on the four characteristics of effective clinical teacher- teaching skills,knowledge and clinical competence,relationships with students and personal characteristics,which were concluded by Diane M·Billings.20 students’ evaluations for 3 clinical teachers were investigated with this tool.Result This scale has favorable internal consistency (Cronbach’s α>0.9) and good content validity.Conclusions Through further validation studies,this scale will be an instrument for evaluation of clinical teachers in nursing,and it suggested a way for scale development as well as.
