医疗护理纠纷的发生和发展需经历一个过程,各发展阶段都有其特征性表现,并具有普遍规律。因此,认为医疗护理纠纷是可以分期的,并且是可以被干预的。基于医疗护理纠纷分期理论和可干预性,对医疗护理纠纷在干预条件下的转化趋向进行了研究。

The occurrence and evolution of medical disputes is a complex process which has both general and specific manifestations in different stages.Because of these characteristics,we deem that medical disputes can be divided into different stages and can be intervened.Based on this idea,the article analyzed the tendency of outcomes of medical disputes after intervention.
