Analysis of the manifestation of medical dispute in different stages

在1998年提出医疗纠纷分期理论的基础上,组织对北京地区5所医院近3年来发生的205起医疗纠纷进行调查,目的是进一步验证医疗纠纷形成分期理论的客观性,为医疗纠纷干预体系的建立奠定理论和实践基础。

This study analyzed the data of 205 cases of medical disputes in the recent 3 years in 5 hospitals in Beijing based on the theory of “the Stages of Medical Disputes” which was proposed in 1998,in order to validate the objectivity of the stage theory and provide the theoretical and practical basis for developing the intervention system for medical disputes.
