LC-CW对人LAK细胞的影响及其机理的研究

摘要 提取干酪乳酸杆菌细胞壁成分(LC-CW),研究其对人外周血LAK细胞的影响及其作用机理。结果表明,1.LC-CW可以单独或与IL-2协同,促进PBL的增殖。2.LC-CW可以增强rIL-2诱导的人外周血LAK细胞杀伤Raji细胞的作用,统计学分析有显著意义。但是单独使用LC-CW不能诱导LAK细胞杀伤活性。3.LC-CW可使PBL的CD_4^+,CD_(16)^+抗原表达增加,与IL-2协同,可增加CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+和CD_(25)^+抗原的表达。4.LC-CW可促进PHA-P诱导的IL-2的产生。本研究结果提示LC-CW是一种重要的LAK细胞活性增强因子。 Extracted the cell wall of Lactobacillus casei(LC-CW), studied its effects on human LAK cells.The results revealed that LC-CW promoted the proliferation of LAK cells and PBL apparently,LC-CW in- creased the LAK cell killing activity induced by IL-2,but did not induced LAK cell killing activity alone.LC-CW increased the expression of CD_4^+ and C_(16)^+ of PBL,but no effect on IL-2R.When it used together with IL-2,it can enhanced the expression of CD_3^+,CD_4^+,CD_8^+,and CD_(25)^+ (IL-2R).LC-CW increased the production of IL-2 induced by PHA-P. The results suggest that LC-CW may be a better enhancing agent of LAK cell activities.
