摘要
用HPV16,HPV18及C-Ha-ras-1,C-myc等多个探针,采用分子杂交技术检测了44例宫颈癌和17例正常宫颈组织。HPV-16-DNA,HPV-18-DNA及C-myc,C-Ha-ras-1癌基因的检出率分别为50%、6.8%及63.3%、68.2%,明显高于正常宫颈组织,提示这4种因素与宫颈癌的发生有关。C-myc癌基因阳性的宫颈癌活组织C-Ha-ras-1同时阳性者占86.7%(26/30),C-myc癌基因阳性宫颈癌活组织中,60%(18/30)HPV-DNA呈阳性,C-Ha-ras-1阳性者中57.1%(16/28)HPV-DNA呈阳性,说明HPV与C-Ha-ras-1及C-myc有关,HPV与癌基因在宫颈癌发生发展中有一定的作用。
In this study,papiliomavirus(HPV)types 16,18 and C-Ha-
ras-1,C-myc oncogenes DNA probes were used to detective corresponding
HPV and oncogenes DNA for 44 cases cervical carcinoma and 17 cases of
normal cervix with DNA hybridization technique.The results revealed that
the positive rates of types 16,18 and C-Ha-ras-1,C-myc oncogenes in cer-
vical carcinoma were 50%,6.8% and 63.3%,68.8% respectively.They were
signifcantly higher than those in normal cervical.Both C-myc and C-Ha-
ras-1 oncogene positive are 86.7%(26/30).Both C-myc oncogenes and
HPV positive are 60%(18/30).Both C-Ha-ras-1 and HPV-DNA positive
are 57.1%(16/28).It indicates that HPV and C-Ha-ras-1,C-myc are
closely related with cervical carcinoma.
