摘要
设计合成了4种新型糠醛缩氨基硫脲衍生物,化学结构经红外光谱和元素分析证实。抑菌活性测试表明,含有硝基基团的化合物C_1和C_3活性较好,其中C_3活性最高。
In order to search out ideal bactericides and fungicides,4 of
furfural thiosemicarbazone derivatives have been synthesized and tested for
bacteriostatic and fungistatic activity.The structures of these compounds
have been elucidated on the basis of elemental analysis and I.R.spectra.
The relation of the structure-activity is discussed.The results showed that
the activity of compound C3(N^4-methyl-5-nitrofurfural thiosemicarbazone)
is the highest.
