摘要
对69名正常人及50例风湿性心脏病病人进行了左房深径X线侧位胸片与超声心动图测量的比较研究。结果表明,作者提出的左房深径X线测量方法适用于各种心型、性别及15岁以上的各年龄组,方法准确可靠,简便快速,易掌握。以35mm为左房深径正常与增大的交界值时,该法临床应用符合率为95.8%,灵敏度为92%,特异度为98.6%。
The size of the left atrium(LA)was measured both on
radiograms and echocardiograms in 69 volunteerS considered healthy and 50
patients with mitral valve disease.The radiographic measurement was per-
formed on the LA view with and without barium.There was good agreement
between the two measurements.So it can be thought that the size of the
left atrium can be accurately obtained from radiograms.On the other hand,
the normal and enlarged limits of left atrium size is 35mm.The rate of
correspondence is 95.8%,the sensibility is 92% and specificity is 98.6%.
