摘要
为给肝疾患的影像诊断和外科手术提供解剖资料,剥离成人肝门117例。结果表明,门静脉有9种分支类型,在分支形式上与Glisson鞘系有差异;门静脉左支及右前支恒定存在,但门静脉右支及右后支仅分别见于77例(65.81%)和62例(52.99%)肝。同时研究了门静脉分支的内径与长度、右支的分支类型及右前支的发出部位。
The portal veins around porta hepatis were investigated using
117 adult livers.The branching patterns of the portal veins can be divided into
9 types,which isn't identical with Glisson's system.The left and an-
terior right branches of the portal veins constantly exist,but right and
posterior right branches were noted in 77(65.81%)and 62(52.99%)
livers separately.The inner diameter and length of the branches of the portal
veins,branching patterns of right branches and origin of the anterior
right branches were also studied.
