聚丙烯腈/聚氨酯接枝共聚物的合成与表征

摘要 合成了带不饱和端基的聚氨酯预聚体(USPU),并进一步与丙烯腈(AN)单体进行共聚,制备了主链是聚丙烯腈,支链是聚氨酯的接枝共聚物。结果表明,随着引发剂用量的增加,共聚产物收率也随之增大;USPU种类及单体投料比对共聚物收率也有较明显的影响;随着相对分子质量调节剂异丙醇用量的增加,共聚物的特性黏度有下降的趋势。应用FTIR、1H核磁共振、X衍射对USPU和AN/USPU接枝共聚物进行结构表征,证实了所合成的产物符合预期的结构。 The unsaturated group terminated polyurethane prepolymer (USPU) has been prepared, which is then copolymerized with acrylonitrile monomer ( AN) to form a grafting copolymer with backbone of polyacrylonitrile and polyurethane as side chain. It has shown that the conversion rate of copolymer increases with increase of amount of initiator ; the varieties of USPU and charging ratio show obvious influence on conversion rate of copolymer; the inherent viscosity of copolymer will decrease with increase of isopropanol, a molecular weight regulator. The structures of USPU and AN/USPU copolymer are characterized by use of FT - IR, 1 H NMR and X - ray diffraction technologies and are proved identical to the designed structures.
