心外科病种护理质量评价指标体系的研究 被引量:30

The correlation research between nurse' burnout and psychosocial factors in the work setting

摘要 目的建立心外科病种护理质量评价指标体系。方法采用专家会议和特尔斐法进行指标的咨询和论证。结果确立了3项一级指标和17项二级指标及其权重。结论专家意见的集中程度和对指标评价结果的一致程度均较高,显示指标体系的可信程度较高。 Objective To investigate the relationship between nurses' burnout and relative organizational psychosocial factors.Methods A total of 425 nurses finished questionnaires, including job burnout, control experience( personal control and control demand), role stress(role conflict and role ambiguity ) and workload and leader support by self evaluation.Results A large percent of nurses reported work stress(48.7%), workload(55.1%). Each factor of job burnout is significantly correlatied to organizational factors(r=0.122~0.491). Regression statistics suggested workload, personal control and role conflict are important forecast factors.Conclusions There is significant correlation between nurses′ burnout and organizational psychosocial factors, the related resolution strategies were discussed.
