摘要 目的评价膝关节外伤的X线和MRI诊断价值。方法对57例膝关节外伤患者分别行X线平片和MR检查,分析比较其表现。结果57例患者MRI诊断出17例骨折,20例骨髓水肿,37例软骨损伤,8例韧带损伤,53例关节腔积液;X线可诊断13例骨折,5例关节腔积液。结论MRI能显示并诊断膝关节外伤后部位、性质、程度,其准确性、细微性均优于X线平片,可为临床治疗方式提供依据。 Objective To evaluate the appearances of fracture of the knee on X-ray and MR imaging. Methods Fifty-seven patients with knee acute injury were examined with X-ray and MRI. The findings of MRI and X- ray were analyzed and reviewed. Results Seventeen cases of fracture, 20 of bone marrow edema, 37 of osteochondral trauma, 8 of ligament trauma and 53 of hydrarthrosis were diagnosed by MRI. Thirteen cases of fracture and 5 of hydrarthrosis were found by X-ray. Conclusion The accuracy of MRI is superior to X-ray in diagnosis of knee acute injury.
