摘要
领先的大国在技术创新上能否保持持久的技术优势,必须从以“创造性破坏”为特征的内生增长角度考察,并用占主导地位的大国的动态变迁的历史过程加以考察分析。历史过程表明,领先者一般可以保持技术上的优势和领先地位,如果被“创造性破坏”,主要原因源于自身活力丧失。这对中国有着直接的启示:必须加强自身创新能力的培养。
As to whether the leading great nations can keep their technological advantages in technological innovations, we must analyze their historical process of the dynamic change from the angle of inherent increase characterized by “creative destruction”. The historical process shows that generally the leading nations can keep their technological advantages and leading positions and if they are “creatively destroyed”, it's mainly due to loss of vitality in themselves. This teaches a lesson to China: we must strengthen the development of our creativity.
