摘要
利用微量热检测系统测定吉氏类杆菌代谢过程的热效应,这些热谱正如“指纹图”一样,可以对不同菌种进行鉴别,在临床上有现实意义。
B. distasonis metabolism thermograms have been determined by using the Thermal Activity Monitor. These perfect thermograms curves reflect the change of B. distasonis. We can use these thermograms as ''finger print' to discriminate bacteria. These are very significant for the studies in clinical fields.
