黄河三角洲是一块亟待开发的宝地,笔者从该地区资源、环境的有利条件和制约因素分析着手,探讨合理开发的有效途径,以促进三角洲经济发展。

The Yellow River Delta is a pice of treasured land awaiting prompt exploitation. This paper starts with the analysis of the favourable conditions and estrictive factors of the resources and environment in this area, and probes into the effective ways of rational exploitation in order to promote the economic development of the Delta.
