液固比智能集成预测模型

摘要 文章以中国铝业公司河南分公司氧化铝生产过程为背景,着重研究了液固比的智能集成预测模型的建立和应用,以原矿浆配料过程为研究对象,应用神经网络和灰色理论建立了液固比预测模型。现场运行结果表明该模型的有效性和精确性,很好地实现液固比的在线预测。 On the background of production process of alumina in Henan Branch China Aluminum, this paper mainly does research in the establishment and application of intelligent integrated prediction model of L/S. The author does research in the process of material blending and establishes prediction model of L/S by using NN and grey theory. An live application shows that intelligent integrated model is effective and it can predict L/S online very precisely.
