县市科技工作是区域科技创新的基础,文章通过对湖南省123个县市科技工作的调查,分析了县市科技工作现状,提出了加强县市科技工作的建议。
The executions of county & city science & technology bureaus is a basis of science & technology invention. This paper analyzed the situation of the executions of county & city science & technology bureaus and set out the suggestions & strategies of strengthening the executions of county & city science & technology bureaus after investigating 123 counties or cities of Hunan province.
