山东半岛经济开放区主要城市投资环境综合评价

THE COMPREHENSIVE VALUATION OF INVESTMENT ENVIRONMENT FOR SOME MAIN CITIES OF ECONOMIC OPEN REGION IN SHANDONG PENINSULA

山东半岛经济开放区城市目前已成为外商投资的重点地区。笔者选取济南、青岛、淄博、东营、烟台、潍坊、威海、日照8个城市为样本,提出了城市投资环境综合评价的主要内容和总体思路,建立了城市投资环境综合评价层次结构模型和指标体系。最后,对8个城市的投资环境作了具体的定量分析,提出了改进的目标。

In recent years, the economic open cities in Shandong Peninsula have become the main areas for foreign investors to invest. This essay has selected eight cities (Jinan, Qingdao, Zibo, Dongying, Yantai, Weifang, Weihai and Rizhao) as samples, presented the main content and general thought and established the level Structral Model and Index System of comprehensive evaluation for urban investment environment. Finally, the paper has listed some quantitative analyse of the investment environment of these cities and given some good proposal for them to improve.
