高技术企业的技术创新能力是企业的核心竞争力,因此,高技术企业技术创新背景下的技术演化能力诠释着企业的技术周期和企业的生命周期。高技术企业技术创新的能力也影响产业聚集和企业分工,带来企业市场退出的选择行为。
The capacity of technology innovation is the core competitiveness among high - tech enterprises,so the technical evolution of high- tech enterprise interprets the technical period and the life span under the background of technical innovation. And this innovative capacity of high- tech enterprise affects industrial assembly and enterprise division of labor,and causes enterprise withdrawing from market.
