黑素细胞黑皮素-1受体介导的信号转导机制

摘要 黑素细胞的膜表面黑皮素-1受体与配体结合后,通过一系列的信号转导,促进黑素生成酶的生成、调节肌动蛋白拆卸和组装,具有促进黑素细胞黑素形成和树突形成的作用,文中就这两种作用产生过程中的信号转导作一综述。
