摘要
为了减少硬质聚氯乙烯(UPVC)塑料异型材(以下简称塑型材)在储存、成窗的过程中产生的色斑,介绍了色斑产生的原因及其预防措施。试验了使用3种(分别加入低铝复合稳定剂、含铝稀土复合稳定剂、环保型稀土复合稳定剂)不同配方时塑型材在不同外界条件下外观的变化情况,分析了添加剂微观上对塑型材的影响,及产生色斑的3种原因(钛白粉质量问题、硫化污染和霉菌侵蚀),说明了配方与色斑产生的内在联系,筛选出了相对好的配方。并指出了塑型材在生产储存过程中所应注意的问题。
In order to reduce the splash causing in the process of storage and window forming of UPVC plastic profiled material, introduced the causing reason of colored patches and its prevent solution. Test with 3 sorts of different formulas to make the plastic profiled material to change their appearance at different outside conditions, analyzed the microcosmic influence of plastic profiled material by adding additives and the caused reasons of colored patches, explained the inherent relationship of the formula and the colored patches, filtrated out the relative fine formula. And pointed out the attentions in the process of production and storage for plastic profiled material.
