高分子材料构件的生态设计及综合回收利用技术

摘要 本文探讨了我国综合回收利用未进入良性循环的原因,肯定了我国废旧高分子材料回收利用所取得的成就;倡导源治理是实现高分子材料与环境协调发展的根本;强调采用生命周期分析(LCA)原理对高分子材料构建的产品系统进行生态设计,研究再利用设计技术,才能从源头减少用量,最大程度地提高废旧高分子材料再生利用的经济和环境效益;介绍了几种值得关注的废旧高分子材料降级回收利用技术和无回收再利用价值的废旧高分子材料处置技术;以作者自身的研究成果为例,论证了可环境消纳塑料技术可以减轻废塑料对垃圾掩埋和焚烧的压力,这也是对高分子材料构建的产品系统进行生态设计的成功范例之一。 This paper discussed the reason of China integrated recycling and reusing, which dose not enter the good cycle, it affirmed that the achievement was gained by recycled and reused the waste macromolecule material; making treatment from the resource encouraged is the root for realizing the harmonized development of the macromolecule material and environment; it stressed that adopted the principle of life cycle analysis(LCA) to make ecological design of product system built up by macromol- ecule material, studied the reusing design technology to reduce the consumption from the resource, increased the economy environmental benefit of the waste macromolecule material for recycling and utilization at large degree; introduced a few worth attentions degraded recycling technology of the waste macromolecule material and the waste macromolecule material treating technology without recycling and utilization value; taking the example of the author’ research achievement, it demon- strated that the environment eliminates the plastic technology that can eased the pressure of the waste plastic buried by garbage and burned out, this is the one of the succeed example of the ecological design of product system of macromolecule material.
