浅谈硫化设备的性能与操作对外胎质量的影响

Briefly introduced the influence of tire affected by the performance and operation of the curing equipment

本文首先介绍了外胎硫化前胎坯、工艺条件、工装设备、硫化介质及动力等的准备工作及应注意的事项,然后对双模定型硫化机、硫化罐、四立柱硫化机等3种常见硫化设备的结构性能、硫化轮胎时的操作过程及各种注意事项、各种常见故障的处理等作了详细的分析。最后分析了几种硫化设备的优缺点,认为正确的操作能够在一定程度上弥补设备性能的不足。

This paper introduced the preparation of process、equipment、curing medium and mechanism power before green tire curing and any cautions firstly, then analyzed the performance of structure of the 3 kinds of normal curing equipment such as double molds shaping press、autoclave、4- stand curing press、the operation process in curing tire and cautions and normal faults treatment . finally analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of a few kinds of curing equipments, known that the correct operation can make up the deficiency of the performance of equipment at a certain degree.
