膀胱肌电检测及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 心肌、骨骼肌的肌电图,已经在临床医学科学上应用了许多年,为一些神经、肌肉疾病的研究诊断提供了可靠、有效的方法.而膀胱平滑肌电信号研究作为一种有前途的基础科学研究工具和有望成为膀胱功能评估的一种重要手段,目前还处于探索阶段.近年来,随着生物电子技术、信息处理技术的发展,对膀胱平滑肌电检测技术有了初步的研究.新近的研究表明,可以通过一定的方法从哺乳动物膀胱平滑肌浆膜上记录电信号,但由于膀胱平滑肌电信号检测上存在的问题,例如,一些无关的干扰电信号,妨碍了它的真实记录和辨识.在分析技术上,对膀胱平滑肌电活动检测分析处理尚无人涉及.
