混合材品种和成分对水泥使用性能的影响初探

通过分析水泥混凝土工程质量事故的若干案例,发现混合材的品种和成分对水泥的使用性能有很大影响。造气渣作混合材时,容易引起水泥混凝土表层开裂;黑色石灰石作混合材时,混凝土表面硬度差,引起混凝土路面起砂。而当低烧失量粉煤灰、沸腾炉渣和矿渣作混合材时,水泥具有良好的使用性能。

It is showed that the type and composition of admixtures play an important role in cement workability after studying some cases of concrete engineering fault. Using the waste slag discharged from nitrogenous fertilizer plant as cement admixture may cause crack on the surface of concrete, and the black limestone may lead to the low surface hardness degree of the concrete, which will cause the sand streak of concrete road. While the cement admixed with fly ash of low ignition, fluidizing furnace of boiler and blast furnace slag showed good performance to prepare concrete
