摘要
通过改进的粘度测试装置 ,测试和研究了成分 (% )为 :4~ 10MgO ,34~ 39Al2 O3,33~ 4 2CaO ,3~9CaF2 ,8SiO2 ,1 3~ 8 7SrO精炼渣中Al2 O3圆柱体旋转线速度对Al2 O3夹杂熔解速度的影响和Al2 O3在渣中的熔解速度常数。结果表明 ,降低精炼渣粘度和减少渣中初始Al2 O3含量 ,有利于提高精炼渣吸收Al2 O3的能力。
The effect of Al 2O 3 cylinder spinning thread speed on Al 2O 3 inclusion dissolution velocity in refining slag - 4~10 MgO, 34~39 Al 2O 3, 33~42 CaO, 3~9 CaF 2, 8 SiO 2, 1.3~8.7 SrO and the dissolution velocity constant of Al 2O 3 in slag have been tested and studied by modified viscosity testing device. The results showed that to decrease the viscosity of refining slag and initial Al 2O 3 content in slag were favourable to increase the Al 2O 3 absorbability of refining slag.
