Development of green economy understood from the viewpoint of system theory.

系统探讨了绿色经济发展的整体性要求和层次性特征以及从简单到复杂的演进过程 ,并分析了元素、结构、环境要素对绿色经济系统功能及其演进的影响。指出发展绿色经济其实质是实现社会 经济 生态复合大系统的可持续发展以及社会、经济和生态三大效益总和的最大化。

The systemic requirement, hiberarchy characteristics and gradual evolution from simple to complex are stated systematically, and the influences of element, stru cture and environment on the systemic function and evolution of green economy ar e analyzed also. Finally, it is reported that the substance of the development o f green economy is to realize the sustainable development of the compound system of society, economy and ecology and gain the maximal total profits of society, economy and ecology.
