皮肤压力溃疡动物模型的建立

Establishment of animal model for pressure ulcer of skin in swine

目的 建立一种皮肤压力溃疡的动物模型 ,为皮肤压力溃疡的病理、病理生理学以及修复治疗提供研究依据。方法 采用自制的压伤装置 ,通过控制一定受压面积 (2 0cm2 )的压力 (3、5、10kg)及时间 (3、6、12、2 4h)模拟皮肤组织不同程度的压力溃疡创面 ,并考察创面愈合情况及收缩率。结果 压力 5kg(压强 2 5kPa)、时间 12h条件下 ,在受压面积 (2 0cm2 )上形成的创面 ,比相同时间下 3kg压力产生的创面更接近临床Ⅲ度溃疡的创面 ,而增加压力 (10kg)及时间 (2 4h)对创面的形成无显著影响。结论 该皮肤压力溃疡动物模型能部分的模拟营养性溃疡的临床及病理表现 ,可重复性及稳定性良好 ,可应用于压力溃疡的研究。

Objective To develop and characterize a reproducible model of pressure ulcer in the skin of swine,which can be used for the research on pathology,pathophysiology and the repair of pressure ulcer.Methods Pressure ulcer was created in a 20 cm 2 region of dorsal skin in swine by compressing skin under the pressures of 3,5,10 kg and the durations of 3,6,12,24 h using a pressure applicator.After operation the effects of different pressure and durations on the ulcers were examined,and the shrinkage rate of ulcers was compared among the groups.Results The ulcers created in a 20 cm 2 region of dorsal skin in swine under pressure of 5 kg and duration of 12 h simulated Ⅲ ulcer more than the ulcers created under the same condition except of pressure of 3 kg.The application of higher pressure (10 kg) and longer duration (24 h) got almost the same result.Conclusion This model characterized by its duplicability and stability can partly simulate the bedsore.Using this model,the nutritional ulcers can be studied and therapeutic interventions can be evaluated in a cost effective manner.
