糖尿病患者血清hs-CRP的测定及临床意义 被引量：6

摘要 目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法以空腹血浆胰岛素与血糖乘积的倒数作为胰岛素抵抗程度的指标,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测25例正常人,12例T1DM和45例T2DM患者的血清hsCRP水平。结果①T2DM患者血清hsCRP与正常对照组相比明显升高(P<005),T1DM与正常对照组相比,血清hsCRP差异无显著性(P>005)。②DM患者血清hsCRP浓度与胰岛素敏感性指数呈显著负相关(r=067,P<001),与甘油三酯(r=033,P<005),体重指数(r=039,P<005)和空腹胰岛素(r=046,P<005)有正相关关系。结论T2DM患者血清hsCRP水平与胰岛素抵抗程度有显著正相关,炎症可能参与了T2DM的发病。
