摘要
目的通过研究大鼠纹状体毛细血管超微结构的增龄变化,为探讨纹状体容易发生易卒中机制及揭示脑血管病的发病机制提供参考资料。方法观测健康Wistar大鼠18只,按月龄分为1~2月龄、6~7月龄、>24月龄大鼠等3组,用电镜观测纹状体毛细血管超微结构。结果1~2月龄大鼠纹状体毛细血管基底膜发育不完全;>24月龄大鼠纹状体毛细血管基底膜明显增厚,内皮细胞固缩,线粒体、粗面内质网等细胞器减少。结论大鼠纹状体毛细血管超微结构是该部位易发生脑血管病的形态学基础。
Objective To study aging change of ultrastructure of the striatum capillary so as to provide morphological references for further understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of certain cerebrovascular disease. Methods The ultrastructure of the striatum capillary in 18 healthy rats with different age (1~2, 6~7, >24 months) was studied by transmission electron microscope. Results The basement membrane of the capillary in striatum was depauperate in the 1-2 months rats. The striatus capillary in the >24 months rats showed that the basement membranes thickened, endothelial cells degenerated and organellaes decreased and atrophied. Conclusions Ultrastructure of capillary in striatum may be important morphological basement for pathogenesis of cerebrovascular disease in this region.
