摘要  对某稀土镀铬添加剂进行了研究。采用三平行试样法测试了镀铬液的电流效率,赫尔槽法测试了镀铬液的分散能力,平行阴极法测试了镀铬液的覆盖能力,最后采用贴滤纸法进行了镀层的红点试验。结果表明,与标准镀液相比,使用该添加剂后,可以在较低温度下得到更高的电流效率,而且镀铬液的分散能力、覆盖能力以及耐腐蚀性能都得到明显提高。 A rare earth chrome plating additive was studied. The current efficiency, throwing power and covering power of the chrome plating bath were tested by three-parallel-sample method, Hull cell method and parallel-cathode method respectively. Furthermore, the red-point test of chrome plating coatings was carried out by filter paper-sticking method. Results show that the chrome plating bath using this additive has a higher current efficiency at lower temperature compared with that of standard chrome plating bath, and the throwing power, covering power and corrosion resistance are improved apparently.
