摘要
采用单辊旋淬快速凝固方法制备出Al85Y4Nd4Co7的合金薄带 ,对快速凝固合金进行差示扫描量热 (DSC)、X射线衍射 (XRD)和透射电镜 (TEM)分析。结果表明 ,在铸态时 ,得到完全非晶组织 ;经 2 80℃× 1.5h退火 ,快凝合金中有α Al析出 ;经 3 5 0℃× 1.5h退火处理后 ,有Al3 Y和Al9Co2 相析出 ;45 0℃× 1.5h退火后 ,有新相Al3 Nd和未知相析出 ,且已有晶粒都明显长大。
The Bulk amorphous Al 85Y 4Nd 4Co 7 alloy prepared by the single-roller spining-quenching method was investigated by means of DSC, XRD and TEM. The results show that the as-cast bulk amorphous Al 85Y 4Nd 4Co 7 alloy with full amorphous structure can be obtained. α-Al phase is generated from the bulk amorphous alloy with annealling at 280 ℃ for 1.5 hours. Al 3Y and Al 9Co 2 phases were generated from the bulk amorphous alloy with annealling at 350 ℃ for 1.5 hours and new Al 3Nd and un-known phases were generated from the bulk amorphous alloy with annealling at 450 ℃ for 1.5 hours in which the grains grow obviously.
