电渣熔铸TiC增强钢基复合材料组织性能初探 被引量:4

摘要 用电渣熔铸的方法制备了 3 %的TiC颗粒增强轴承钢复合材料 ,对其组织性能进行了初步的探索。试验结果表明 ,该复合材料的孔隙小、致密度高 ;TiC颗粒较为均匀地分布在基体中 ,并保留了原始的形态 ,在晶界处形成了Fe3 C化合物 ;复合材料的耐磨性比基体材料有明显提高。 The microstructure and properties of 3% particulate TiC reinforced bearing steel matrix composites prepared by electroslag smelting-casting method were examined. The results show that the composites possess the characteristics of small porosity and high soundness. The un-changed TiC particulate is uniformly distributed into the steel matrix and the Fe 3C compound is formed in the crystal boundary. The wear experiment show that the wear-resistance of the composites are higher than that of the steel matrix.
