V-EPC法在涡旋压缩机毛坯件生产上的应用研究

摘要 用真空实型铸造法对涡旋压缩机动盘毛坯件进行了试生产。与砂型铸造的毛坯件比较 ,真空实型铸造法可铸造出外形接近于成品件的涡旋线 ,且铸件轮廓清晰 ,组织细小均匀、致密的动盘毛坯件 ,大幅度降低了生产成本 ,节约原材料。总结了生产中可能会出现的缺陷及防止措施。 The vorticity compressor parts were manufactured by the V-EPC process. Compared with the parts by green sand process, the parts by the V-EPC process have vorticity line near to the finished parts and clear profile have the features of fine and sound microstructure, which can significantly reduce the production cost and save raw materials. The possible defects encountered in production and their solution method were reviewed.
