摘要
针对第4次中国物流市场供需状况调查中所反映出的对第三方物流服务满意度较低和合作关系不稳定的问题,在综合前人研究的基础上,从战略维度和关系营销理论的角度,阐释了影响第三方物流服务能力和第三方物流伙伴关系成功构建的来自外包方的因素。研究成果有助于企业在实施外包的过程中,通过有效控制这些影响因素,构建满意的第三方物流伙伴关系。
iven the challenge of low satisfaction at the TPL's services and unstable partnership reflected by the 4th investigaion on the supply-demand condition in China, based on previous research, this article discussed the outsourcer-based factors influencing the TPL's service capability and the establishment of the TPL partnership under the strategic dimension and the perspective of the relationship marketing theory. This will be useful for firms to establish successful TPL partnership by controlling these factors during the outsourcing process.
