摘要
为了探索农业废弃物热化学转化利用过程中的碱金属问题,对相关的无机元素的检测方法进行了探测,并对测试工艺参数进行了优化,得到了比较满意的检测结果:RSD(相对标准偏差)均小于5%,并有较好的回收率。对稻秸用此方法检测的结果为:含钾2.33%,钠1.06%,氯1.63%。化学分馏法实验结果表明:大多数的碱金属相关无机元素都是溶于水的,水洗可以作为一个有效的消除碱金属问题的途径。
To investigate the alkali problem during the thermochemical convertion of agricultural residua, experiments were done to get the proper method to determine the inorganic material. Under the optimum condition, the results were satisfying (RSD is less than 5 per) and the recoveries of the method were high. The results of straw are: K 2.33% , Na 1.06, cl 1.63%.The distributing of these three elements were also measured by chemical fractionation. The results showed that most of the inorganic material are water-soluble ,so rinse the material is a simple and feasible way to decrease the alkali problem.
