摘要
薄层干燥是研究在一定的风温、风量和相对湿度条件下,谷物水分随时间变化的规律,并进一步导出薄层的干燥,动力学干燥方程。用薄层干燥试验台进行玉米的薄层干燥试验,确定各参数(包括热风的温度、风速)对干燥速度的影响程度,建立了玉米薄层干燥的数学模型,并进行了验证。
A thin-layer maize drying model was established from the experimental data. The results showed that both air temperature and air velocity have significant effect on the drying rate. The thin-layer drying characteristics of maize were determined at different air temperatures and air velocities.
