砼电杆蒸养工艺过程的温控技术改进及应用

摘要 介绍了一套砼电杆制造过程中蒸养温度的自动控制系统,此控制系统利用企业现有的库存设备,对原蒸养工艺过程的温控方法的弊病进行了改进,给出了新蒸养工艺过程的温控方案及蒸养池内温度自动控制的电气原理图,预计改进后的系统可提高产品质量,大幅度降低废品率,并能节约人力,降低人工的投入,还可为销售提供良好条件,增加经济效益。 In this paper the author aims to introduce the automatic controlling system of the steam maintaining temperature to cement electricity pole during the course of manufacture. In this system with the application of the stored equipment of the enterprise, the temperature controlling method in the original steam maintenance workmanship is improved; a temperature controlling program in the new steam maintenance workmanship is put forward and the electric principle chart of the automatic temperature control in the steam maintenance pool is drawn. Based on the improved system, the products of high quality; the low reject rate; economized manpower; better conditions for the sales and the economic benefits can be achieved.
